Sound Wave Sanctuary
An immersive Live Sound Bath Experience. Cash price $18.
Service Description
Using crystal singing bowls in a group environment offers a deeply immersive, sonic sanctuary designed to harmonise the collective energy of the room. When quartz crystal bowls are struck and sung, they emit high-frequency, crystalline tones that wash over the group, gently guiding everyone’s brainwaves into a deeply meditative theta state. This collective auditory experience creates a powerful resonance, downregulating the nervous system and shifting participants out of a high-stress "fight-or-flight" mode into a shared space of profound restoration and peace.
