Perhaps you want to focus on a stronger core, or work on your alignment or master a particular posture, this private session gives you the tools. You will receive expert guidance & individual attention to help you on your journey. Note: written & audio programs are NOT included with this service.
Cancellation Policy
Late notifications & No-shows are charged the full fee. Private appointments: Need at least 24 hours notice. Group Classes: Need at least 2 hours notice. Plant medicine orders are final and non-refundable. Retreats, Workshops & Courses: Refer to your Registration Form. Teacher Training: Refer to your Registration Form.
